With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Dr Kelly Francis works with children and adults experiencing complex health conditions that often don't fit neatly into a single diagnosis or specialty.

Her areas of special interest include Autism, ADHD, PANS/PANDAS, MCAS, POTS, chronic inflammation, gastrointestinal disorders and other neuroimmune conditions. By combining conventional medical knowledge with evidence-informed integrative approaches, Dr Francis helps patients and families better understand the factors contributing to illness and develop practical, personalised treatment strategies.

Dr Francis is based on the Gold Coast and also consults through GenBiome Next Practice in Sydney. Telehealth appointments are available Australia-wide, with additional in-person consulting sessions offered in Melbourne throughout the year.

Whether supporting a child with behavioural, developmental or neuroimmune challenges, or an adult living with chronic symptoms that have proven difficult to explain, her focus is on uncovering contributing factors, improving function and helping patients move forward with confidence.
